Global sustainable packaging business with a social audience of over 1 million followers, operating across a wide range of B2B and DTC customer segments. The business spans ecommerce, retail and branded merchandise, requiring clear messaging, strong brand governance and marketing systems that support sales, product, sustainability and customer experience.

  • Lead brand strategy, customer experience, messaging and creative direction across product, platform, sales and marketing touchpoints.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with fashion, retail and culture-led brands, leading end-to-end execution from concept and creative direction through to packaging, content and campaign delivery.
  • Developed an always-on UGC-led social content programme, creating a continuous pipeline of user-generated content across brand, product, sustainability and customer storytelling for use across all brand platforms.

I joined as the first marketing hire and built out a small team over nine years, helping scale the brand from a regionally recognised business into a globally distributed apparel company with a strong presence across multiple international markets.

  • Built AS Colour’s brand system from no formal framework into a scalable global identity, guideline and governance model.
