Global sustainable packaging business with a social audience of over 1 million followers, operating across a wide range of B2B and DTC customer segments. The business spans ecommerce, retail and branded merchandise, requiring clear messaging, strong brand governance and marketing systems that support sales, product, sustainability and customer experience.
- Lead brand strategy, customer experience, messaging and creative direction across product, platform, sales and marketing touchpoints.
- Identify and secure partnerships with fashion, retail and culture-led brands, leading end-to-end execution from concept and creative direction through to packaging, content and campaign delivery.
- Developed an always-on UGC-led social content programme, creating a continuous pipeline of user-generated content across brand, product, sustainability and customer storytelling for use across all brand platforms.
- Translate complex packaging, sustainability and production information into clear messaging for B2B and DTC customers.
- Rebuilt brand guidelines, tone of voice and messaging systems to improve consistency across internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- Developed workflow and asset systems using HubSpot, Asana and DAM platforms to improve briefing, delivery and brand consistency.
- Use ICP work, journey mapping, VoC, CSAT and NPS inputs to sharpen customer messaging and connect brand activity to customer needs.
- Manage agencies and specialist partners across New Zealand, Vancouver, London, Los Angeles and New York while staying hands-on across briefs, copy, creative review and delivery.
